A three bedroom newly constructed detached villa for sale close to the market town of Ansião in central Portugal. The villa, which is in the final stages of construction, is set over one floor and has been constructed to a high standard. The property is fully double glazed and will be fitted with integral manual shutters. The property will also be pre-installed for central heating.

The main entrance to the house leads into a spacious hallway, which has a tiled floor. Off this hallway, through an archway is a double aspect living room. The living room also has a tiled floor and two sets of patio doors, which lead out to a terrace at the front and side of the house. There is a dining area accessed off the living room and this leads through to the property's kitchen.

The kitchen is double aspect and has an exterior access door which leads out to the terrace at the side of the house. The kitchen has a tiled floor and at present the purchaser will be able to negotiate the finishings within. There is a fully tiled WC to this floor, which is accessible from the living room.

The property is situated on a plot measuring approximately 600 square metres, which is all relatively flat, though terraced in places. There are some mature olive trees n a quiet location, though is not isolated and is around ten minutes drive to the market town of Ansião. Ansião has a range of shops, cafes, bars, school, pharmacies, banks, health centre, bus station and supermarket.

The property is accessed via a gravel driveway and is easy to locate. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around two hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
