A newly constructed, spacious three bedroom villa with lake views for sale close to Tomar in central Portugal. The villa, which is set over two floors, measures 427 square metres of construction and has a garden measuring 2,480 square metres.

The villa is in the final stages of construction and benefits from double glazing throughout with integral, roller shutters. The window and door surrounds are stone and there are wrought iron railings to the terrace. The villa is set back from the road and does have views of Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal's second largest reservoir. The lake is also within walking distance of the villa.

The main entrance to the villa leads directly into a large, double aspect living room. The living room has a tiled floor and a flush fit re-circulating hot air Salamander log burner, which has a stone surround. the living room has a set of patio doors, which lead out to a covered terrace at the front of the villa. Off the living room there is an archway which leads through to a centralised hallway. The hallway also has a tiled floor and a stone faced staircase which leads down to the lower ground floor, where the garage is located.
