A four bedroom detached villa with views over Castelo do Bode lake for sale near Tomar, central Portugal. The villa, which is set over two floors, is fully double glazed with traditional style exterior shutters. The villa is located in an elevated position and benefits from a large, integral garage.

The villa measures 260 square metres of construction and is set on a plot measuring 2,000 square metres. The villa benefits from pre-installation of air conditioning and central vacuuming though these systems have not been installed by the current owner. Two of the bedrooms have views of Castelo do Bode lake, with one of these having a set of patio doors which open out onto a terrace at the front of the villa. Two of the bedrooms are double aspect.

There is a family sized bathroom, which is fully tiled. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and double vanity unit with marble top and storage cupboard beneath.

The villa also has an integral garage which is located to the lower ground floor. The garage can be accessed internally via a stone faced staircase or externally from the rear of the villa. The garage has an 'up and over' metal vehicle access door and two windows. The floor of the garage has been tiled, though the walls have not been painted. The garage is a good size and could easily accommodate several vehicles as well as retaining a work shop area.

At the side of the villa there is an open sided car port and ample hard standing car parking. The villa is set on a plot measuring 2,000 square metres. There is a dirt driveway around the villa to the rear and the access to the garage.

The closest town to the property is located at Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo. Tomar is a popular and bustling town with a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train station, sports centres, pharmacies, banks, health centres, university and hospital.

The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
