The cottage is offered for rent fully furnished and is close to both Castelo do Bode lake and to the historic town of Tomar in central Portugal. The main entrance to the cottage leads into the kitchen, which has a range of built in base and eye level units. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and hot water heater. The living and dining room is accessed via a large archway. The living and dining room is also spacious and has a tiled floor. The living room has it's own exterior access door leading out onto a private walled and fenced garden. The cottage has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet and pedestal sink. There is a family bathroom which has shower, toilet and pedestal sink. The cottage is situated in the popular area of Alverangel and is within walking distance of Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities. The cottage is within walking distance of a cafe and restaurant and is only around 10-15 minutes drive from the popular market town of Tomar. Tomar has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, sports centres, bus and train station as well as a university and hospital. |
