Studio do Lago is a single storey cottage situated in a secluded location, walking distance to the popular Castelo do Bode lake, available for both short term holiday in central Portugal.

The cottage is strictly no smoking and is fully equipped to ensure your every need is catered for. Whether you are visiting the central Portugal region to search for a property to purchase or as a well deserved break, Studio do Lago is the ideal base from which you can explore the region.

The studio has wooden framed windows and doors with external wooden shutters. There is an open plan kitchen and living room which has a tiled floor. The kitchen has a selection of built in base and eye level wooden units with granite work surfaces. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven with grill, four ring gas hob, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied.

The living room has a sofa, television with satellite box ensuring you can keep up to date with the latest news from the United Kingdom. Table and chairs are provided and there is a tiled terrace to the front of the cottage allowing al fresco dining. The bedroom is en-suite and is fitted with twin beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, toilet and pedestal sink.

The cottage is fitted with air conditioning, which provides both hot and cold air options. There is also a free-standing log burning stove. All bed linen and towels are provided. Wireless internet connection is also available at prearranged times.

Upon arrival at Studio do Lage there will be a welcome pack including a bottle of wine, fresh bread, milk and bottled water, awaiting guests. Guests will also have the use of the 14 x six metre swimming pool, which has a poolside shower, sunbathing terrace. (*please note the pool is closed from the end of October through until the beginning of April).

The cottage is situated near the village of Alverangel and is within walking distance of Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities. The cottage is within walking distance of a cafe and restaurant and is only around 10-15 minutes drive from the popular market town of Tomar. Tomar has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, sports centres, bus and train station as well as a university and hospital.
