   Full Property Description

The property has a paved garden to the rear, which has good views of the countryside and there is additional off-street parking to the front of the house.

   Property Location Information

The house is located in the village of Alviobeira, which has several shops, a mini-market, pharmacy  and cafe bars. The village is easy to access and has good links to both the IC3 Coimbra to Tomar dual carriageway and the new IC9 Leiria road.

 

The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is approximately ten to 10 minutes drive by car. Tomar is a popular bustling town with several supermarkets, shops, boutiques, cinema, builders merchants, schools, university, art galleries, municipal swimming pools and sports centres. Tomar hosts a weekly market every Friday which is popular with both locals and tourists alike.

 

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' drive by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
