The house is set over
two floors and retains many original features including wooden beamed
ceilings within the living room and stone window and door surrounds. The
house, which is centrally heated, briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: The
main entrance to the house, which is a double opening, aluminium framed
door, is located to the front of the house and enters directly into the
living room. The living room has a tiled floor and exposed wooden beamed
ceiling. It is light and airy and there is an open tread wooden
staircase which leads to the first floor accommodation. The windows in
the living room are recessed and have internal wooden shutters.
Off the living room
there is a large storage cupboard, which is currently being utilised as
a laundry room. There is a fully tiled bathroom to this floor, which has
a bath, toilet and pedestal sink.
The kitchen, which is
located to the rear of the house, is accessed off the living room. The
kitchen is spacious and has a dining area. It has a tiled floor and a

First Floor: The
