Property Information

Ground Floor: The main entrance to the house, which is a double opening, aluminium framed door, is located to the front of the house and enters directly into the living room. The windows in the living room are recessed and have internal wooden shutters.

The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower cubicle, toilet and pedestal sink.

Location Information

The property is situated in the quiet village of Tras de Figueiro in central Portugal. The house is set back from the road and has no immediate neighbours providing privacy. The house however has good road links and is a short drive to the IC8 dual carriageway.

 

The market town of Ansião is approximately 10 minutes drive from the house.  Ansião has several supermarkets, health centres, builders merchants, shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, schools and a weekly market.

 

The closest airport to the property is located at Porto, which is approximately two hours drive from the land. Porto airport is serviced by many low-cost airlines which operate regular flights to and from the United Kingdom.
