The cafe, which can seat up to 120
persons, has parking for around 40-50 vehicles. There is a large bar
area with a large serving counter with granite top. Within the bar area
are two sets of double glazed doors which open out onto a covered
veranda, where there are more tables and chairs. The bar area has a
tiled floor and seating for up to 40 people. Off the bar area is the
access to male and female toilets. There is a dining area to the rear of
this bar area with a further private dining room to the rear of the
building.
The cafe has a fully fitted kitchen as
well as a large store room and office. To the side of the cafe there is
a gated courtyard with barbecue, which could be turned into a pleasant
outside eating area.
The cafe also has a self contained
apartment to the first floor of the building. The apartment has a fully
fitted kitchen with a selection of base and eye level wooden units as
well as oven, hob and integral fridge freezer. There are two bathrooms,
which are both fully tiled. One of the bathrooms has a round bath and
the other a shower cubicle. There is a living room and two double
bedrooms. The apartment has integral shutters and a veranda, which wraps
around the entire building. |
