A typical Portuguese house with barns and a small plot of land to the rear available for short term holiday rental in central Portugal. The house, which was built in the late 1800’s as a single story dwelling and had the upper floor added in 1942. Full of character and individuality.
Carregal is available to rent for holidays all year round and can sleep up to five people.
Carregal is a village about five kilometres from the market town of Alvaiázere in Central Portugal far from the madding crowds of the Algarve, but in an area which has so many different aspects in both countryside and amenities.
There are three bedrooms, one of which is situated within the attic. The room is a comfortable size with pine double wardrobe with drawers below, dressing table with mirror ,decorative washstand and oil filled radiator for the occasional cooler nights.
The house sleeps a maximum of five people and all hot water and electricity is included within the rental fee. There is always a spare gas bottle for the hot water.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, hair dryer, cutlery and coffee percolator.
There is a set of towels for each guest. For the cooler nights there are oil filled radiators and a mobile gas fire. There is also a very efficient log burner in the bakery. The house is equipped with a music centre capable of playing CDs and DVDs.
There is a portable barbecue and tables and chairs with several sun loungers. |
