A two bedroom
terraced house for sale within the hamlet of Carvalhal, central

situated in the small hamlet of Carvalhal, which has a small cafe
and minimarket where you can purchase most items including gas
bottles. The property is easy to locate and only five kilometres
from the IC8 dual carriageway.
The larger town of
Cernache do Bonjardim, which has a range of shops, supermarkets,
cafes, restaurants, banks, weekly market, health centre, schools and
dentists, is around eight kilometres from the property.
The town of Serta is
also only around 10 kilometres from the property. Serta has many
cafes, restaurants, banks, schools, health centres, sports centres,
shops and a riverside park.
The closest airport to the property is
situated at Lisbon airport, which is around 192 kilometres drive.
Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which
operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other
European countries.
