final stages of construction, is set over two floors.

Ground floor:
There is an portico to the front of the house. The front door leads

petrol station, bank and swimming pool. The village is a popular
destination for many tourists who enjoy strolling along the banks of the
rivers.
The larger town of Abrantes, which has
several supermarkets, builders merchants, shops, bus and train station,
health centre, schools and a river marina, is approximately 15 minutes
by car from the village. The historic town of Tomar, which is home to
the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is also around 15 minutes drive
from the house.
Castelo do Bode lake, which is Portugal's
second largest reservoir, is approximately five minutes drive from the
house. Castelo do Bode lake is popular for all kinds of water sports
including swimming, fishing, sailing, water skiing, scuba diving and
canoeing.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car.
Lisbon Airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate
scheduled flights into and out of Lisbon from the United Kingdom. |
