There is a large attic, which has a wooden
ceiling and Velux style roof windows. This attic space is currently
being used as a second living room. This living room area has a tiled
floor. The farmhouse has central heating and is fully double glazed with
traditional style Portuguese shutters.
Annex: The farm has a spacious
annex, which is located to the side of the farmhouse. The annex has a
tiled floor and direct access into the garage. There is a spacious
partially tiled kitchen with some built in base and eye level wooden
units. The kitchen has a set of patio doors which lead out to the
garden. There is a fully tiled bathroom to the annex, which has a shower
cubicle as well as two spacious storerooms, which could be converted
into bedrooms if required. The farm also has a large adega, which is set
over two floors.
Adega: The farm has a large adega,
which is still used for making and storing wine. The adega is still in
working order and has a feature exposed stone wall and a mezzanine area.
This mezzanine area is used as a dining area and is double aspect.
Garage: The farm has a large garage,
which has a concrete floor and could house up to four vehicles. This
garage has two vehicle entrances and can be accessed internally via the
annex. Above the garage there is a spacious attic, which has a concrete
floor and a concrete beamed roof. Currently this space is being used for
storage.
Barn: There is a large detached barn
on the property for storing machinery and animals for working the farm.
This barn has four entrance doors and is connected to mains electricity
and water.
The farm has 50,800 square metres of land,
which is a mixture of eucalyptus and pine forest, open grazing land,
vineyards, orange and lemon orchards. The farm has a large well and a
water storage tank, which has an automatic sprinkler system linked to
it.
Closer to the farmhouse there is a private
landscaped garden with lawns, mature palm and fruit trees and patio
area. There are paths and patio areas around the farmhouse, which are
constructed out of traditional marble setts.
