Ingredients:

1 table spoon of Olive Oil

Half a Kilo of Chicken

2 Chicken Broth Cubes

1 cup (tea) of boiling water

1 big potato cut in cubes

200 g of Manioc cut in cubes

1 tin of green corn, drained half cup

Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation

In a medium pot, heat the oil over a medium heat and seal the chicken one all sides. Dissolve the roasted chicken broth cubes in the boiling water and add to the chicken.

 

Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Add the potato and the manioc and cook for 15 minutes or until they stayed soft.

 

 

Add the green corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add the parsley, stirring in well.
