In a medium pot, heat the oil over a medium heat and
seal the chicken one all sides. Dissolve the roasted chicken
broth cubes in the boiling water and add to the chicken.
Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Add the
potato and the manioc and cook for 15 minutes or until they stayed
soft.
Add the green corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add the
parsley, stirring in well.
