A four bedroom detached house, situated in the secluded village of Lourinhal, between the picturesque towns of Penacova and Mortagua available for long term let in central Portugal. The house has been recently refurbished and is set over two floors with spectacular views over the Serra da Estrela mountains. The property is ideal for anyone looking to explore the delights of the central Portugal region. The property is situated on the edge of the village of Lourinhal and can accommodate up to eight guests. The house has a private, sunny balcony from where you can enjoy the views and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. It is the ideal retreat for anyone seeking tranquillity amid unspoilt natural beauty. The lush grounds comprise of a large private court yard and herb garden, leading to a landscaped garden of fruit and olive trees. Beyond this, many tracks lead into the national forest, perfect for walking and cycling. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and there is an en-suite bathroom with shower and corner bath. The master bedroom has a set of French doors which open out onto the court yard and herb garden. The second bedroom is also a double room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink. This bedroom also has a set of patio doors which lead out to a private terrace and garden.
This unique shaped room originally the old bread oven and kitchen now serves as a large double bedroom, with private entrance and access to main house, wonderful surround views of the valley. The third and fourth bedrooms are also good sized double rooms and have been equipped with twin beds and a double respectively.
