A three bedroom, fully furnished apartment available for both holiday let and long term rent near Monte Redondo on Portugal's Silver Coast. The apartment, which is set over one floor, is connected to both mains electricity and water and has a private terrace. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase which leads to a private roof terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a spacious hallway leading on to a large, double aspect living room. Within the living room there is a corner sofa, which converts into a double bed. The living room is equipped with television, DVD, satellite system as well as a selection of books. There is a dining area within the living room, with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a selection of built in base level units. The oven and hot are integrated and the kitchen stocked with all crockery, cutlery and accoutrements needed including kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. There is a master bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a tiled floor, double bed and built in wardrobe. There are two further double bedrooms, both with tiled floors. There is a family sized bathroom which has a shower, toilet, bidet and vanity basin. The apartment, which is offered for rent on a long term basis, also has use of the property's walled garden where there are sitting areas. There is also a good sized swimming pool for guests to take advantage of. The apartment is situated in the small town of Leziria on Portugal's Silver Coast. The property is within walking distance of amenities and is only around nine kilometres drive from the beaches at Pedrógão. The popular town of Monte Redondo is a short drive from the property. The city of Leiria, which has supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, health centres, bus station, historic castle and sports centres is around 23 kilometres from the property. Both Lisbon and Porto airports are around one hour and forty minutes drive. Both airports are serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries. |
