A three bedroom detached house with garden for sale near Sertã in central Portugal. The house, which is set over two floors, was constructed five years ago and is in a good decorative repair. The property measures 216 square metres of construction and has a garden measuring 800 square metres.

The property is connected to both mains water and electricity and has an integral garage. The property is double glazed throughout with traditional style external shutters. The property is situated in a quiet area and although there are neighbouring properties either side, is quiet private.

The house is set back from a quiet road and there is ample parking in front. It would be possible, due to the construction method of the house, to subdivide the garage to create more living accommodation if needed.

There is an older, stone building within the garden which is in a bad state of repair. The building has a wooden beamed roof and is set over one storey. The current owners of the property have been utilising this building for storage purposes.

The property is set on a plot which measures 800 square metres and it is all flat. There are a few mature olive trees and the land has been utilised for growing vegetables though is large enough to accommodate a swimming pool if required. The property has good views over the pine forests and towards Sertã.

The property is situated in the small village of Poaires. The closest town to the property is situated at Sertã, which is approximately six kilometres drive. Sertã has several supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, health centre, schools, banks, pharmacies, parks and bus station.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately two and a quarter hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
