A two bedroom detached cottage with stunning views for rent on a long term basis close to the picturesque village of Dornes in central Portugal. The cottage, which is set over two floors, is fully furnished and benefits from being completely restored.

The property is set over two floors and is fully furnished. The property is heated via a wood burning stove though has electric heaters in all other rooms and is located in a peaceful area but is close to all amenities. The cottage briefly comprises:

Kitchen: A modern kitchen / diner with a wooden beamed ceiling.
It has a full sized cooker, washing machine, fridge / freezer and a full range of pots, pans, crockery and utensils you require for your stay. The dining area seats four.

Lounge: The lounge contains part of the original stone wall and wooden beamed ceiling.
Wood burning fire, a sofa and two further chairs,
Satellite TV from the UK, other European countries and
a DVD player. The lounge has double French doors leading
to the patio with extensive views over the River Zêzere.

Shower Room:
A modern wet room consisting of shower, W.C., and hand basin.

Bedroom 1
Wooden beamed ceiling with window to the rear with a river view, double bed, drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
Wooden beamed ceiling with windows to the rear overlooking the river and side with a view to the infinity swimming pool, two single beds, drawers and wardrobe.

Exterior
There is a private seating and barbeque area again with those fantastic views. A path leads up to the infinity swimming pool to the side of the property. Beyond the terrace is a grassed area with sun-beds.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity swimming pool is situated inside a renovated stone building with a small poolside terrace and overlooking the lake.

The property is available for both short and long term let and all utility bills are included within the price, though does not cover logs for winter time lets.

Short Term Holiday Let Rates

June, July and August
75€ per night with a minimum stay of five nights

May and September
65€ per night  with a minimum stay of five nights

October - April

55€ per night  with a minimum stay of five nights

Prices are based on four persons sharing.

Payment Terms
On booking you will be required to pay a 10% deposit.
