A three bedroom terraced cottage in
need of modernisation for sale in Sao Miguel do Rio Torto in central
Portugal. The cottage, which is set over one floor, is connected to
both mains water and electricity and is in a reasonable condition

heart of the village of Sao Miguel do Rio Torto and as such there

centre and pharmacies.

Abrantes, which has
a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, sports
centres, health centres, hospital, schools, castle, river beach,
train and bus station, is around five minutes drive from the
property. The property is easy to located and has good access links
to the A23 east west dual carriageway.

situated at
Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours' by car.
Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which
operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other
