A nicely maintained two bedroom detached house with garden for sale in the small hamlet of Mosteiro de S. Tiago in central Portugal. The property, which is set over two floors, is connected to both mains water and electricity and has a garden measuring 1,260 square metres.

The property is in good condition and is ready to move into. The property is double glazed throughout and has traditional style exterior shutters.  The property is pre-installed for central heating and is being sold with all furniture. The property has a walled garden with a good variety of mature shrubs and fruit trees in situ. There is a gated driveway to the side of the house, which leads down to an integral garage accessed at the rear of the house.

The main entrance to the house leads into a central hallway, which has a tiled floor. Off this hallway there is a spacious kitchen diner. The kitchen diner is double aspect and has a good variety of built in base and eye level wooden units. The work surfaces are marble and there is a double sink and drainer and integrated dishwasher. There is a spacious double aspect living room with tiled floor. The living room is split level with an area designated as a dining room. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around two and a half hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
