detached cottage with land for sale near Serta, central Portugal.
The cottage, which is set over two floors, is connected to mains

The cottage is

plot of 3,000sqm approximately 100 metres from the house. There is a
wide variety of mature trees including olive, pine and peach. There
is a variety of mature shrubs and grape vines. To the front of the
cottage there is a large stone flagged patio area which has good
views to the countryside.
The cottage is
accessed via a gravel road, which is in good condition. The cottage
is situated near the village of Cabeçudo
and the town of Serta, which has supermarkets, shops, banks, cafes,
restaurants, parks, schools and health centre, is around 10 minutes
drive from the property.
The closest airport
to the property is situated at Porto, which is around 190 kilometres
by car. Porto airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines,
which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and
