detached cottage in need of renovation work for sale near
Alvaiázere, central Portugal. The property, which is connected to
both mains water and electricity, has good views over the valley, is
a short drive from the market town of Alvaiazere. The property is

advertised at a lower price, though the current owners have just

road and has good views of the valley to the rear. The property has

This would be the perfect location for the property's kitchen as it
takes in the view of the valley. Below and to the side of this
extension there is an additional building which requires re-roofing.
By re-roofing this with a flat roof, would create an excellent
terrace accessed from the living space and kitchen.
The property's land is on a slope,
though there are areas which are terraced. There are a variety of
mature olive trees in situ and plenty of space for a vegetable and
patio garden and a car parking space could be created to the front
or side of the cottage.
The property is situated near the market town of
Alvaiázere, which
has a variety of shops, cafes, mini-markets, health centre, school,
dentist, library and swimming pool. The property is situated
approximately four kilometres from
Alvaiázere
and the closest
airport to the property is situated at
Lisbon, which is around one
and three quarter hours' drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by a
variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and
