A three bedroom
restored stone house with country views for sale near Penela,
central Portugal. The house, which is set over two floors, measures
249 square metres of construction and is set on a plot measuring 698
square metres. The property is connected to both mains water and
electricity and has some 'wood' style aluminium framed double glazed

staircase leads down to the ground floor accommodation. The

a re-circulating hot air Salamander log burner. Off the living room
there is a fully tiled bathroom with toilet and pedestal sink. There
are three sets of double opening wooden exterior access doors. Two
sets of the doors lead to the side of the house and garden and the
third leads to the other side and the garage.
The kitchen has a
good range of built in base and eye level wooden units with granite
work surfaces. There is an integrated oven and gas hob along with a
double stainless steel sink and drainer and extractor fan. The
garage is accessed externally and has a concrete floor and a set of
metal vehicle access doors and is large enough to accommodate up to
two vehicles. Off the garage there is a summer kitchen complete with
wooden base level units as well as an entertainment room with a
traditional style fireplace.

property is situated within the village of Via Vai, which has
