English language radio show 'Good Morning Portugal with Derek and Dan' is back on the airwaves courtesy of Radio Vida Nova (105.5fm) based in Ansiao, central Portugal.

Beer Festival

Tomar

 If you like drinking beer, talking about beer and joining others who enjoy talking and drinking beer, then you had better head to Tomar at the end of July for the 23rd Annual Festa da Cerveja.

This year the festivities will take place in the sporting ground adjacent to the river. A special night of karaoke will take place on 4th August 2010.

 Quiz Night at Quinta Cafe near Tomar. Entry is 3€ per person with a cash prize.

If you want to test your general knowledge, have some fun and meet new people come along and enjoy the evening.

Quinta Cafe - Follow the IC3 to the last exit for Tomar, also signed Barragem do Castelo do Bode. At the roundabout follow the signs for Castelo do Bode (going under the IC3) and straight over the next roundabout. Quinta Cafe is about three kilometres on your right (big yellow building)
